It doesn't have a collapsible stock if that's what you mean. It does have a sling but it's not pictured.
The barrel shroud
LOL. Quality reference here.

No, but I did win my one fantasy football league and I think with the $650 that entails I will be buying a new predator/varmint gun. Have my eye on a Thompson Center 22-250

Kudos on the CZ. I think CZ makes some really good stuff. I've had an eye on one of their CZ 527 mini-Mauser rifles for a long time. I'd like one in .22 Hornet. I've also read good reviews of TC rifles.

I didn't buy anything this year. I'm currently in a state of decision paralysis between buying a less expensive gun that that's been on the wish list for a while (like a Browning T-Bolt) or waiting and splurging on the new SIG P210 Target.

Hmm. Doesn't Massachusetts have an assault weapons ban?

Nice gun, although not my cup of tea. I'm primarily a handgunner, but I must admit that I do not get the whole AK/AR pistol thing.

@Shyster I need learned
Absolutely. That includes a ban on a semiautomatic pistols that have the ability to accept a detachable magazine and have at least two of the following features:
(1) an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip;
(2) a threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer;
(3) a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the nontrigger hand without being burned;
(4) a manufactured weight of 50 ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded; and
(5) a semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.

The "Deebo Draco" would definitely have (1) and (3), and it might also fall under the others. That gun is not legal in Massachusetts. Neither is the magazine; Massachusetts bans magazines of over 10 rounds capacity.

It's my second CZ. I'm a big Sig guy, but after shooting my Czs honestly nothing can compare. Buying the P10-C in Urban Gray next.

Thought so. I'm guessing he still resides in PA then. Or at least the gun is.

Awful rules, a threaded barrel? Because someone thought silencers act like they do in movies? A barrel shroud? lol wow.

Anyone else going to this? My father-in-law and I are going on Saturday:

At the Farm Show Complex in HBG. It's going to be nuts, but I'm hoping it is fun. Largest outdoor show in the world.

I've never been, but I hear it's a great show. We just had all of the new product introductions for 2018 at the SHOT Show in Vegas, and I bet a lot of that new stuff will also be available for fondling in Harrisburg.

Friend of mine, the Chicago PD officer, went to SHOT and had a great time.

AEE was also in town, big week for him.

Just checked Bud's Gun Shop to see if something I'm interested in is back in stock. The site is getting hammered, and there's a notice at the top that says:
An unexpected large increase in demand has caused delays throughout our supply chain. Please expect longer than normal processing and shipping times on all orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can't imagine what could be causing that.

I'm getting that Desert Eagle .50 itch again. That affliction flairs up every few years. Here is a video of me firing a rental a couple of years ago:

*Loud, and some NSFW language.

Gunbroker prices are all over the place depending on what barrel you want and how gaudy the finish is. There is a shop in Mars that has one at an okay price. I haven't read up on them in years, I see they're 'made' in Minnesota now.

I put three rounds through a .454 Casull at a friend's bachelor party, and that was very unpleasant.

I'm thinking of trading in my Ruger SR9E for a revolver. I almost never get to the range any more and I want a handgun I can load, shove in a drawer, and forget about unless I'd need it for an emergency situation. Any recommendations in the $300-$400 range? I know that's not much of a budget for a revolver, but I can't see spending much more than that.
