I am really not a fan of the front end on the 24 CR-V.
The trims with those chrome exhaust looking tips on the front are really bad (right one in this photo).

Not a fan of the "angry eyes" look that seems to be so common now.

My brother loves his Tacoma. He's owned two since 2007, and they are solid trucks.

I like the way they look, inside and out, and they're not obscenely huge like what the American manufacturers continually pump out. And yeah, even the older ones seem to be in great shape over there, which is an environment in which you would absolutely see issues quickly.

It's what I'm eyeing up for purchase in a few years. Be nice if there was an electric variant by then.

They already have a Tundra hybrid, so I imagine that we may see a hybrid Tacoma in the 2024 model. Not sure we'll see a fully electric model for quite some time.

I think the new CR-V looks better than the current one, although that's not saying much. IMO, a bunch of recent Hondas and Toyotas have had pretty terrible front-end styling. They look to me like there should be more to their grilles/bumpers, but parts of them fell off or something. They just look... incomplete somehow.

Lexus is even worse. Hideous front ends.

Final verdict, $253 for a fan clutch. $100 and a case of Miller lite to my buddy to install it. Win.

We looked at the Lexus when we ended up buying the Mazda3. Nice vehicles but I agree, the front ends are hideous.

What makes it even worse is that the large grille opening are superfluous. The vast majority of vehicles don't need large front openings for cooling, and they use lower openings for cooling anyway, so many of the "grilles" are mostly if not totally closed off anyway. Like I bet the radiator for that new CR-V is almost entirely down behind the lower opening at the bottom, not the bigger one higher up.

I’ve been noticing a lot of these on the road.

Kia's new logo is atrocious, though. Just awful.

I don't know why, but I really like the Ioniq 5's premium wheels, and the shape of it overall. Hate the front and rear ends, though, and the eDash is atrocious.

I like this. A lot.

The hydrogen fuel cell seems highly aspirational, but an electric with 670 horsepower from dual rear motors that allow torque-vectoring would be cool.

IMO it’s not really the logo itself but that they have made it immense on their most recent vehicles.

Man, I think you can say that about a lot of manufacturers now. The Ford logo on the F series trucks is the size of a football.

2023 US HR-V revealed... not sure if I'm feeling that grill. No interior shots, or info on drivetrain yet

https://www.carscoops.com/2022/04/new-g ... crossover/

I have to laugh at the fact that most of the time I think new vehicles have grills that are just massive, while this one just looks too small. Or maybe it’s just the shape of it.

Still not a fan of the large tablet style dash center, it just looks out of place to me.

I said this earlier, but I just don't see the point of the HR-V in the NA market anymore. It's basically the same size as the CR-V with an underpowered engine. If they weren't going to keep the HR-V based off the Fit platform, then they should have just killed it off and left the CR-V the same size as the outgoing generation.

Also, the "features" of the HR-V EX-L model are subpar compared to other comparable manufacturers in that class. Judt as an example, no rear center arm rest? That was an option in my 2012 Civic EX.

I can't believe I'm even saying this, but aesthetically speaking, this is pretty sharp looking, minus the red and black interior (would prefer black on black or CF). Build quality is probably still typical GM trash, though.

The 2024 Chevy Blazer EV Packs Up to 557 HP and 320 Miles of Range

GM says the Blazer and all this tech will be ready to hit showrooms next summer. Initially, it will offer the 2LT and RS models, priced from $47,595 and $51,995 respectively.

The SS will follow later in 2023 and the 1LT will be available from the beginning of 2024. The SS will start at $65,995 and the 1LT will be priced starting around $44,995.
Still massively overpriced, though.

woof, $45k+? It will take a lot of gasoline to make up the price delta between the ICE and electric Blazer. ICE Blazer starts at $33.4k, so $12k+ for an EV version? I get the environment and all, but that is a huge chunk out of people's wallets for the EV version.

I saw photos of the Toyota Crown, and said the same thing. Where is that vehicle even slated in the Toyota lineup? Is it a Camry replacement? Toyota has tons of models anymore.
