Had to Google that - it is pretty sharp looking for a Kia. All I ever see on the road is Optima's.

Damn, E-Town closed their drag strip, effective immediately: https://jalopnik.com/englishtown-racewa ... 1822154422
That was a fun track to run at, and the first one that I ever broke into the 11’s at. That basically just leaves Atco, which is okay.

Came to an agreement to buy this:I'm hoping to trade the 650i in on a different car this week. I can't track the 650i and it's **** for hauling stuff since the seats don't fold down. That dealer in Ephrata was closed yesterday so I sent them a message, hoping they call back today. They have the exact car I want to build into a race car (and can use as a DD/winter car) over the next three years so hopefully we can work out a deal.
from that dealer in Ephrata, so I can spend the next three years turning it into this:
Stoked, man. These are damn near impossible to find with the sunroof delete option. I've only seen a handful come up for sale in the last year and none in PA. Last one I found was in Miami.
Picking it up on Saturday morning if you wanted to meet for lunch @shafnutz05

See if you can get shad to green light 5AF sponsorship for the roof.

I'd throw a 5AF sticker on it, sure.
I had some really cool ideas for SpecE36 liveries. But I don't really have an idea for SpecE46. Was thinking of mocking up a Jamesway department stores livery.

A Hills logo would be pretty sweet.

Do sponsorship decals like on Top Gear/Grand Tour, so that when the door opens it becomes a different and vaguely naughty phrase.

Stickers come after the cage, and the cage is pretty much the line of demarcation between street-able and not.Minus the stickers, correct?Source of the post so I can spend the next three years turning it into this:

In that case, I submit the following for consideration:Stickers come after the cage, and the cage is pretty much the line of demarcation between street-able and not.Minus the stickers, correct?Source of the post so I can spend the next three years turning it into this:

Got the GS back today. The final total came to just under $7,800.
They ended up writing a supplement on the claim after they found several more broken plastic parts during tear-down. The right headlamp mount was also broken, so both headlamps were replaced. Other than the right fang, everything across the front is brand new OEM. Looks better than when we bought it.
I'll have to take it back to them tomorrow or Wednesday though. The cooling fan appears to be constantly running on high.

Ha! That does look better.
It had just started to snow, so I pulled over to snap a few quick 'after' pics before it got dirty.

I thought I'd be able to come in here to provide some first hand experience driving a Model 3 Tesla. My brother owns one, and my family visited him and his wife this past weekend. Unfortunately, somebody backed into him before we came and he had to take it to an authorized Tesla mechanic to get it fixed. This authorized mechanic was 2 hours away. Same mechanic was charging $9000 to replace the front left quarter panel and knock out a dent in the door and repaint. $1500 in parts, $7500 in labor. At $150 an hour, that's 50 hours of labor! Luckily this was all covered under insurance.
Moral of the story: if any of you car lovers plan to buy a Tesla, get ready for some serious price gouging. Also, do not get in an accident with a Tesla.

Yeah, repair costs are my biggest stumbling block on switching over to a Tesla. I don't know about the 3s, but an S can end up totaled with a shockingly small amount of damage.
