The Stinger is on the same platform as the Genesis G70, and both of them get good reviews. One big advantage of the Stinger from my point of view is that much like the Audi A7 and the Tesla Model S, it's actually a hatchback even though it looks like a sedan. That gives it a little extra versatility.

I know so many people with pickups who have used the bed maybe twice. It's almost comical.

Yikes... is that for what's on the road? Sales? Production?

I'd love to see the median cost of each of those classes included in the comparison, too. Some of these pickups are just absurd.

Ford has basically stopped making sedans and they lead the nation in car sales for a few years.

That's because they make 60 million F150s every month.

This old guy is confused as usual. What is the difference between an SUV, a hatchback and a station wagon? They all seem the same to me.

1000% this. I do OK, and I couldn't afford a 60K truck. Well I couldn't justify it. I had to get mine in the 30K range, but some of these things are obscene.I'd love to see the median cost of each of those classes included in the comparison, too. Some of these pickups are just absurd.

Just took a ride in my dad’s new 535. His car isn’t as low as mine is, yet it feels like I’m sitting on the ground. Getting in, I basically slam my knees into the dash that sticks out pretty far. So those are the two reasons why it feels cramped to me.I was kidding about the joggers (they are sweatpants) but now I'm actually confused because our 535 was as big as a house inside.

Unrelated, my dad is the stereotypical BMW driver. Turn signals are optional, stopping behind the white crosswalk lines is against the law, and driving in two lanes at once is completely normal.

American Drivers: Ewww. Hatchbacks are soooo gross, and wagons are for old people.
Also American Drivers: Oooh, I love that SUV, which is a really just a tall wagon with a hatch back.
American Drivers are stupid.

I knew this was happening although there are 40 bazillion Fusions on the road and the 2016 we got my son to drive is actually really nice.Ford has basically stopped making sedans and they lead the nation in car sales for a few years.
From the sedan search, I didn’t realize they were also terminating both Lincoln sedans and GM had stopped making Buick sedans.
Lexus GS, Infiniti Q70, Acura RLX all also history after MY 2020.

And minivans have more spacious headroom and even better third-row access while weighing less and getting better fuel economy, but:Third row seating and the headroom to get into it.American Drivers: Ewww. Hatchbacks are soooo gross, and wagons are for old people.

Minivans handle like shoeboxes and don’t look much better. That’s why most who dislike them do so.

American Drivers: I don't like how this minivan handles. Hey, I know, I'll buy something else that weighs more and has an even higher center of gravity. I bet that's a sure recipe for better handling!

Sorry, I've had this view for years. Unless you're one of the less-than-1% who actually off-roads, or you live in Montana and need to drive on unpaved roads in winter, IMO there's nothing an SUV can do that a wagon, hatchback, or minivan cannot do just as well while weighing less, handling better, and in most cases using less gas.
