I used to drive by a place in Harrison City that had half of a Ferrari-rebodied Fiero in the parking lot. I think they finally put it out of its misery a few years ago.Source of the post I mean, a F355 rebodied Fiero is still on my teenage wish list.

He did great. You have to remember I was raised in a die hard blue oval household, so my criticism doesn't count. And the fact that for 2k he could drive it back without incident is the icing on the cake. I'll have to keep my eye out for him next season.I think he did good:

To be candid, the wheels were his already. He had them shipped out ahead of time and mounted/aligned. He's my friend who I mentioned almost killed himself on the motorcycle when he slid and hit an exposed drain pipe on the interstate. I'm just so happy he pulled through and is out there living life like this. Last time I saw him was at the 24LM party at NCM in Bowling Green last June. It's conceivable that if we go again this year we'll both show up with 'new to us' Vettes. His name is Tyler if you ever bump into him.
I'm in the same boat as you. Grew up a NASCAR fan and loved Ford, hated Chevy. Broke my heart the day I found out (I was, what, 9?) that the Corvette was a Chevy product. I much prefer the European take that the Corvette is it's own marque.
That said, having tracked with a bunch of new Camaros this summer I'm very impressed with their pace. They really move, they're just ugly as all get out.

I've R/C raced with a guy who's a suspension engineer at GM. I've reconciled myself to the fact that the "car" guys know what they're doing, it's the styling and interior people who are smoking some good stuff.
Is this the guy who was having a party this summer you were thinking about driving out for?

Yeah, it was the weekend right before the eclipse. Just too much of a reach. Bowling Green is pretty central for us so we normally just meetup there.

I'm not a fan of drifting, especially under those conditions. Judging by the first few seconds his game is incredibly weak anyway.

At :05 you can clearly see the police cruiser on the other side of the road. What a giant dope.

It's on mostly flat tires, sinking further into my yard with each passing year.@AuthorTony is the vintage truck on blocks?

I've been thinking of getting a Wrangler Unlimited in a few years. This would be even better.

I don't understand pick ups with beds under 8 feet.
