I have a wicked cowlick up front. I have to maintain enough volume for it to fall not-forward, and in the Twitter pic I had just gotten a substantial cut prior to that trip. Earlier in the year I had the front down to my chin.

This was about mid way there:

The truth is I haven't figured out what to do with it since I got out of the military (oof, 4 years ago) and I've been all over the place.

Neither have I. First six months out I was waiting for someone to come yell at me for my hair being out of regulation.

Did you grow a beard? Everyone I know that got out did that for the first year. Get out, grab a beard and 20 lbs and settle in.
