Flip that picture of 3610 Fifth Ave 180° and you're looking at the front of the Falk Medical Building with UPMC Presby behind it. Plus something like 3/4 of Pitt's main dorm buildings are within three blocks or so. No need for parking with all those customers on foot.

Moe's is right next door and is doing fine. If kids and workers are willing to walk to Moe's, they can make it to Canes

It's also not like there are hundreds of Canes littered all over Pittsburgh. People (me) are going to seek out this location.

That moe's spot has been the location of three different fast food places in 15 years. If it was a good location it would still be a Wendy's. Or Popeyes.
