While the celebration rules are dumb, that's hardly in the top 10 of "why the NFL sucks."

I agree it's stupid to penalize that stuff. But as long as it's a rule that you know is going to cost your team 15 yards if you break it, then when you break it you're the idiot.

15 yards on the kick off isnt really punishment. if they really want to make it impactful, move the PAT/conversion back 15 yards
