It is crazy how serious some people that that app.

Does the app identify your house number when you are on it? I'd rather not hear complaints about dandelions in the yard from neighbors.

Oh man, I cut mine like every 4-5 days  If I cut mine every two weeks I would have to spend three hours every time raking clippings.

That said, if I had a push mower, I would probably mow a lot less.

Some guy comes by with his riding mower and does it. At $50 a pop twice a month is enough for a rental property.

Some guy offered to cut mine for basically the same price except weekly. I politely told him to get lost.

I'm in a townhouse and our terrible HOA includes no lawn care. Tbh, I'm not sure what it includes but that's for another thread. But for me to buzz through the front and my corner lot takes all of 10-15 minutes tops, which includes moving the cars around so I can get the mower out of the garage.

Your HOA probably serves the important function of telling you what colors you can or can’t paint your home.

"Fingers crossed they don't cancel wrestling season this year!"

How about fingers crossed someone comes up with a vaccine because that's the only way I see your kid wrestling again, maybe ever.

Not really, no. I have no idea why these people waited until the orange dingus decided to praise voting by mail, but here we are.

A friend and former co-worker's husband died last year of cancer. His Facebook profile is still active, and I noticed his birthday came up today. I clicked on it to see if people were leaving memorials and what not, and there were a handful of people - about 5 out of 15 - that wished him a great day. :face:

If you need Facebook's help to remind you of someone's birthday, perhaps you shouldn't be wishing them a happy birthday in the first place.

Yep. I have a friend who died almost 2 years ago Two birthdays since then. Each time there are plenty of "Hope you have an awesome Bday!" types.

I belong to some horror groups and we occasionally do watch parties. The last one was Cry of the Banshee, a 1970s Vincent Price gothic about Catholics killing women after accusing them of witchcraft. I made a comment during the film that was "**** ing Catholics" and I got a 7 day ban. Nobody reported it. Facebook's algorithm caught it.
