The downstairs is a moose lodge that hasn't been updated since the 1940's or so.
That place and its prior incarnations have some good stories to tell, ALLEGEDLY
Does adolescent Slappy and his bloomfield crew have some exposure here?
Its final years as a Lodge prior to Spirit included the installation of certain gentleman's club equipment and frequent visits from the Vice squad, ALLEGEDLY

One can only imagine the population of sleaze that frequented that joint prior to the larryville gentrification spreading up past Arsenal Lanes.

That sounds appealing, to be honest.

Ateleta Club which turned into the Castel Di Sangro Club. You also have the Liedertaffel on Mathilda and the Carlton Club in Lawrenceville on 42nd. Sokol Club on Carson is another good one.

When it comes to the casual chains (think Applebee's, Longhorn, Chili's, RL, OG, etc), Texas Roadhouse is far and away the most well-run and best quality IMO. The one in Lancaster is top notch and I've never had a bad experience there. I'd put Longhorn not far behind though, I just like TR's menu better. Plus, they play real country music from the 90s

lol I wasn't criticizing your choice, relax. We have $75 in GCs for Hooters of all places that relatives have gotten us over the last four or five years that we need to use.

I know, they aren't doing well I don't think. I've actually always enjoyed their food (no, really). Used to love their wings back in the day.

A restaurant with chicken wings is not the proper context for the inclusion of hooters in a bachelor party.

One of my favorite places in State College is closing this summer... It's a sad day in the c2i household.

We love their food and the atmosphere is awesome. Have to find a new place to get my occasional sauerkraut fix.

Damn...that sucks. Went there probably 10 years ago and loved it. I'll have to plan a trip.
