Some go as far as having a second pair of shoes to put on, in case someone looks under the door.
The only time I've had to go more than once at work is when I was getting a stomach virus. No one in my workplace goes to this extreme (that I know of); however, I do know that the majority of women in my company will "wait you out" if you come into the bathroom while they're going #2. Meaning, they will sit there, doing nothing, including pooping, until you do your business and get out. And if you have to #2 also? It's literally restroom chicken.
