How much and how frequently do you consume caffeine?

I hate coffee.

I drink a coke zero or pepsi maxxx if i need a carbonation kick every once in a while. Those have caffeine too I think, but outside of that nada.

I'm starting to have horrible fatigue problems at work, and I don't know if it's crashing from caffeine or what. I don't drink a ton of coffee, maybe 16 oz in the morning. But today, for instance, I was crashing HARD from like 1030 to 3. To the point where I was damn near falling asleep at my desk. What an awful, awful feeling.

Eat dark chocolate at work. It's good for you and you get a bit of caffeine.

Basically all it is is coffee with grass fed butter and coconut oil

I had one for the first time this weekend, it definitely gives you sustained energy.

I've started to drink caffeinated coffee again and it's fantastic. So...about 40-50 ounces a day.

I get cherry Dr. Pepper when I go to places with the funky Coke machines. Otherwise, I've more or less eliminated caffeine. I drank way too much of it in college, to the point where if I didn't drink it after my 8:00 AM anatomy lecture, I would start feeling like I had a head cold. Sinuses would get stuffed up, head would start pounding.

Since I started working and,waking up at 615, I drink caffeine with lunch. Only way I can stay awake long enough to make the drive home.

With free coffee in the break room, I think I've upped my intake. I drink a cup in the morning at home, take a cup with me for the road/morning at work, then in the afternoon I usually have one right after lunch and then one right before heading home. I don't think it has anything to do with caffeine though, I don't think caffeine does much to me. I could drink a cup right before bed and go to sleep just fine.

I probably knock back about 3 cans of coke zero a day, or two 16 oz bottles... which i guess works out to be about the same amount of caffeine.
