That's my point, though. If you look at the rent parameter on the left of the page, it goes from $0-1600.If you're upper middle to upper class white people DC is great.
$1600 ain't gonna do it.

0.2* Job Market + 0.25 * Value + 0.3 * Quality of Life + 0.15 * Desirability + 0.1 * Net Migration ,

In order to do what I do in the industries I've worked in, my options are pretty much L.A., S.F., and Seattle.These lists are silly, as there are too many intangibles which affect where somone would want to live.
