I would but they really suck up water. Keep that in mind.

When I transferred them to the garden, I’d rip the bottoms off to let the roots loose.

Would you recommend just using plastic pots then and re using annually? I thought it would be nice to just plant the pot but seems like It may not be that easy?

Plastic pots are easy, but... if one of your plants contracts some disease, it can remain in the pot when you put new plants in it.

I usually put the peat pots in a shallow dish or tray and put water in that tray. The pots then suck up what they need.

Beginning work on planning my garden as well as new fruit trees. Now that I'm in a more "northern zone" can plant cherry trees. Looking forward to getting started. 1st pic will start with 2 cherry (Bing & Black Tartarian) & 2 peach (Hale Haven), 2nd will be veggie & ground fruit https://t.co/DCjlRBVijE

Tonight a drunk driver wrecked and took out 60+ feet of fence at my house before crashing into a beautiful, 20+ year old Japanese Maple tree. There were two large limbs growing up from the base of the trunk. The large of the two was completely ripped off. I'm trying to figure out if there's a a way to save what's left. Any ideas?

high marks from us on the Aerogarden system. I got my wife one for Christmas and we already have a plentiful supply of dill, thyme, and basil. The mint is growing more slowly, and the parsley didnt grow at all.

We just this past week added lavender and rosemary, and already have a lavender sprout.

We don't have a great climate for it here in the Northeast.

You could try indoors, but it will take a few years before you can start harvesting.

I'm going to take a shot at growing my own hops this year. Not the same, but we'll see how it goes.

I've already done that, buying ingredients in a kit. I doubt I'll ever purchase/grow all the raw ingredients myself, but by growing my own hops I can play around with different flavors.

We've planted several, some in full sun and some that get morning sun until around 1pm. Also have a couple in almost full all day shade that were here when we moved in. The ones in full sun definitely bloom best, but even the ones in full shade still bloom a little. If they get at least 6 hours of sun, you should be in good shape.
