Yes, this current season looks like it is going to have lots of interesting crossover issues.

Capt. Cold and the heat guy are soooooooo bad (mainly cold) on the show. I'm only on season 1, but I cringe anytime I have to sit through them and Iris on screen.

They really aren't in the show that much. An episode here or there for maybe 3-4 episodes total. But yeah...they are recurring.

I have 3 episodes to go in both flash and arrow from last season. Iris is officially the worst, how does flash want anything to do with her, she is a terrible human being. Laurel has surprisingly been not too bad lately and I'm happy concentrating all my hatred on just Iris now. Thumbs up for Nissa, I hope she is not going anywhere.

Do I need to alternate the last 2 arrows and flash or can I go straight through on Arrow, any important crossover?

Always alternate. Especially at the end of the season. Flash first then Arrow. I made that mistake and was thoroughly confused during a Flash episode...

The last two, don't need to alternate, but it's good to get into the habit.

For continuity I would suggest alternating the last 2 though.

I watched the Flash first and all of a sudden Oliver is there fighting with him. I was like, WTF? He's in Nan da par baat....

Are you talking last two as in the last two of last season or the last two as in two most recent episodes?

Yeah. Unless there is significant crossover happening then one does not need to alternate.

Given the opening scene from the Arrow premier there is going to be some massive crossover happening this season at some point toward the end.

At this point I am definitely Flash > Arrow but the Arrow story is what keeps me watching. Flash is building up some good steam now though.
