Awesome, can't wait. I'll have to give the last season a rewatch in a couple weeks.

For me, having the Hand as the main villain in the recent Marvel series (Daredevil 2, Iron Fist, and the Defenders) is the biggest problem. What even was their ultimate motivation?
Hopefully, they're gone for good, and they can get back to focusing on smaller-scale villains with clear motivations.

Did anyone here watch American vandal? Pretty funny premise and there were some really, really funny moments, but it probably was 1 or 2 episodes too long.

Godless and Mudbound streaming on Netflix. Both are getting excellent reviews.

re: Mudbound. I'm tired of being told I'm awful because white people did bad stuff 100 years before I was born, so I'm not watching it. Just going to creep back into my curated media silo and watch a Peanuts Thanksgiving or something instead.

Yeah, Peanuts Thanksgiving isn't great. I did watch the Pilgrim one last night which is pretty decent. You don't see a lot of cartoons about people dying off in hoards.

I'm going by the review I heard on DVE this morning. Something something period piece about the struggle between a black family and a white family something something lalalalalalala don't care.

You enjoy, though. You love Twin Peaks so I have no idea how to frame recommendations that you might understand.

Short synopsis: "Two men return home from World War II to work on a farm in rural Mississippi, where they struggle to deal with racism and adjusting to life after war." In all seriousness I get enough racially charged drama with current events, I'm not going looking for it.
