I fixed the spelling. He was the actor who played Robbie Rotten on the kids show Lazytown.

I was way off base. Literally couldn't browse reddit at all last night because every single sub was paying tribute to that guy. Had to just bail out and watch TV to fall asleep.

I think it's cool the guy embraced his memedom, and he seems like a quality dude that was taken far too young, but the vast majority of those posts are just people desperately trying to cash in on the karma storm. People looooove their karma.

Ed King played bass on Freebird. Damn....It has to be even more lonely for Gary Rossington now, I think he's the last one left from that era.

Skynyrd is the most underrated band in history. Not just their songwriting but their playing and their live shows were epic.

I saw 'them' in 2015. The whole thing hasn't aged well if what you're saying is true.

8/10 of the band was dead in 2015, but ok.

That's a significant factor, yes.

I wasn't disagreeing with you, just lamenting the passage of time and missed opportunity more than anything.

To up close and personal with Robin Leach
And I'm far from cheap
I smoke skunk with my peeps all day…

Just read that Tim Conway is in the advanced stages of dementia. That's sad...he was brilliantly funny and I love watching his clips from the Carol Burnett show.
