the cost for a private event at these axe throwing places is somewhat remarkable to me. perhaps im naive but a flat per/person fee (that happens to be the same if you just walk up) seems like a poopy incentive to have an event there

I guess. In other news, Sears filed for Chapter 11 protection. I always wished that they ditched the clothing/jewelry side of the business and converted all stores to hardware/appliances, since those were really the only two consistently populated sections of the stores in my experience.

I like Craftsman being sold at Lowes was the signal for the end of Sears for me.

Would you happen to know what their return policy is on Craftsman tools? I can't imagine it's the same (bring it back in any condition, get a free replacement, no questions asked). 99% of my tools are Craftsman.

Yeah. I generally only listen on Mondays because I've used up my daily podcasts over the weekend. And yes, he did a long segment on it today.

Music too Canadian? Is that a Nickelback reference?

I got a ticket for my illegal shoes. Can you help, LawBot?

Gotta love being woken up at 330 AM by someone outside your house yelling "Get away from me" and "I'm calling the cops" and "He's going to kill me" followed by a short series of bangs and more yelling.

I believe that is commonly referred to as murder, or, at minimum, attempted murder.

Speaking of murder, I made the mistake of checking my retirement accounts this morning. It was not pretty.

Google Pete Davidson. I don't see it either... The guy looks like he is strung out from extensive drug use though. He of all people got to get with Ariana Grande. Hmm

I'm sure I'm late to the game on this, but thank you outline.com for getting around newspaper paywalls.

I’m at the DMV submitting my Real ID verification documents, and was told that they only accept checks and money orders. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that PA is still a century behind.
