So many jokes there... lol.

I'm going to just redirect everyone's hatred and just start posting pictures of Crosby raising the Stanley Cup. It's a foolproof plan.
Philly boy, it's genius!

i think, if your children are actually interested in this whole thing, then they're either old enough to make up their own minds (or can be spoken to honestly and rationally) or they're young enough that you shouldn't have introduced politics into your household in the first place.

This. I'm not worried about my 3 year old processing a Trump presidency.

lol @ the people who are adamant that they a) are not Trump supporters and b) did not vote for Trump, but spend the better part of the morning defending him and chastising Clinton. I mean, come on. Sack up and admit it.

The people bringing up their children are probably the same people who make fun of the few people who ask how to explain gay marriage to kids...

Which is to say, their histrionics are overblown

Bryan and I choose different charities each Christmas to donate to, and this year I was planning on the animal shelter. However, it's been nearly 4 months since my son was born and I'm still angry that not a single one of the numerous classes I took at Doctors Hospital of Augusta before giving birth ever mentioned the possibility of lactation failure. So this year, I've decided to donate to the Fed is Best Foundation for my baby, because from now on when someone gets nosy and asks if I'm breastfeeding, I'm no longer going to answer with an ashamed "I tried."
Some people just share WAYYYYYY too much on FB.

You should answer with, "So, does that mean you won't try again, because breastfeeding is supposed to be the best option?"

Then prepare to be deleted as a friend. Which is for the best.

I haven't opened facebook in 6 weeks. My notifications is at 26 right now and I'm positive its mostly birthdays, and the timehop stuff. Maybe a few people posted in one of the private groups I'm in that I don't really care about. oh and theres a Christmas party invitation for this weekend that I was already going to, but the guys wife texted me "are you not coming to the party next weekend??! You never responded." When everyone else but her apparently knew full well I am we all hang out pretty much every weekend anyway and because I do every year.

The night of the election, my lesbian friend from high school and her SO went LIVE on Facebook...it basically had the atmosphere of a funeral. That was one of the only times I thanked FB for their notification.

Yes, in the context of them being upset after the election. It's also pertinent because she was my girlfriend and my Senior Prom date :?

Oh, awesome. I took a lesbian to her senior prom when I was a freshman.

We're, like, totally progressive eskimo brothers or something, shaf.

But that reads as if your girl was already a lesbian at the time. Sounds like the other wasn't aware she was no longer attracted to men until after her night with Shadrick
