I may have misstated. I don't think any of the ramps from Grant to 376 are affected. It's the Boulevard between Grant and the Liberty Bridge that is closed.

No, it's me, I was confused when I read an article about it the other day too. I basically just wanted to know if I could still go from Grant to 7th to that Bigelow/Liberty Bridge split but still take the Monroeville exit that snakes around down the Blvd to 376 past Duquense.

That one isn't closed at all. Vets Bridge —> Crosstown —> Boulevard is closed through next Tuesday. Boulevard —> Crosstown —> Vets bridge (that is, the other direction) apparently isn't affected by this.

I got destroyed by this yesterday. The ramp from Crosstown? (above the park) to Blvd is closed. I ended up being forced over the Liberty bridge then taking 51, and then through Munhall, and Dravosburg (wtmf?!?!), to get to McKeesport, and back to Rt. 30. Pretty day for a drive, but yowza.

Yup. My commute home went from an hour and 10 minutes on Monday to 40 minutes today. Thanks, PennDot.

Tomorrow should be even better. Days like tomorrow when I wish I worked in the government/financial sector.

4:45am is a great time to drive through the city. And I'll get off at 2:30pm so it should be an easy trip out. Should be.

Some dolts got in an accident on Route 8 by those two lights that are 50 feet apart. Been sitting here for almost 15 minutes at a standstill.

Had to go let the Verizon installer into my house on Wednesday. The time it took from when the gate when up at the downtown garage until I pulled into my driveway was exactly 20 minutes. What sweet bliss.

According to the radio traffic was terrible pretty much everywhere today. Happy Monday.

Took me 45 minutes to make it my 10 miles. Hoping it's an anomaly or that going a little earlier will help.

MR25, those two lights are bizarre. Since it was bumper to bumper that entire 5 miles before getting to 28 a car actually got stopped at the second light, which meant it was pretty much in the middle of the intersection. No chance I don't run that light in that situation. In fact, most of those red lights are signals for side roads that are generally empty. I assume the lights are timed instead of sensored because there is a lot of unutilized roadway at those signals.

I take it you moved up to the N.H. Today was a bit of an outlier for traffic on a Monday. Not sure why. Way worse than normal.

Major traffic after Robinsons, presumably because of the new construction. Looks like I'm going through Neville island for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, I catch 8 at Burchfield, right before the Giant Eagle heading south.

Due to a tractor trailer (re: mail truck) flipping and catching fire this morning on the turnpike eastbound near the Allegheny Valley exit. I had to reroute and take Rte 8 in to work today. What a mess. A 35 minute commute turned into 75 minutes
