Thankful tomorrow is Veterans Day and the banks are closed. Makes it an easy decision to flex to a WFH day

The storm will be on its way out by midday tomorrow, but the wind is still going to be pretty bad. Wouldn't be surprised if you hit delays but the weekend should be beautiful in Savannah.

We started getting veterans day off last year. So tomorrow is a nice bonus day off.

About half and inch so far. Just enough to make the roads greasy.

Lake effect snow warning for tonight and tomorrow. Calling for 3-5 inches, with up to a foot possible. And so it begins...

And since the lake never melts anymore, it lasts all winter!

You know what I meant

Usually when the lake freezes over that shuts off the lake effect conveyor belt, but the last few winters it hasn't frozen over as much.

I was thinking about running one of those turkey trot 5k's next week, then I stepped outside for lunch and remembered I hate to run anything colder than 40 degrees.

I mean I'll do it, but I'm not a fan of it.
