Yeah, I get not liking Fall up north where it's legit cold and dark before 5. In the south, the bugs finally start going away and it's not miserably hot and humid. Really like the low dew points in the morning.

This charity golf event is today in Plymouth Meeting. The forecast is 55, windy, and damp with showers. I got an email last night that they were anticipating "improving conditions" today and the event was still on.

That's a crock of sht imo. It has been raining in the area since Thursday, the sun hasn't been out since Wednesday, and even if it doesn't actually rain today, everything is going to be soaked and miserable. I'm hoping some bigger donors tell them to **** off this morning. It's absurd.

The remnants of Ian have just been parked over Virginia for days, driving rain and wind off the ocean into the mid-Atlantic area. We've had five consecutive days of temperatures in the low 50s and pushing 3" of rain since Wednesday. Almost 10" of rain in Milford, DE from this.

75 and sunny on Thursday.

Final camping trip this weekend for trick or treating at the campground.

High of 48, low of 29. Yeah, I'll get the propane filled and bring 2x the normal amount of firewood... Oof

Blue skies and sunshine today--first time we've seen the sun in a full week (last Thursday morning). 3.82" of rain over the last six days.

There were flurries and a good bit of accumulation in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Friend in Banner Elk, NC had snow too.

Too soon.

No because it's actually just summer still.

6 weeks ago - take the brunt of Ian.
Last week - dodge feeder bands from Lisa in Mexico.
This week - stare down Nicole and watch it rain all week.

My luck with tropical systems this season is beginning to rival 2004.

So, I guess you don't find the separate faucets for the hot and cold charming?
