Especially if the second tweet ended with "but appears to have broken his shoulder rounding third"

Kumar with the better line over Leiter this weekend, both threw 5 scoreless, they both got a bunch of strikeouts and walked too many. Never really paid attention to college baseball before, I am assuming these are tune ups, and based on the lines, these hitters from directional GA are lucky to make contact.

I can sit around and piss and moan with 7,500 fans just as easily as I can sit around and piss and moan with 35,000 fans

It's so wild to see stances/swing motions back then versus now. His swing looks good, but his feet are all over the place.

I dont notice any difference in footwork from today's hitters. Stepped into it to generate power and let it rip.

Honestly not far off from where they'd be on a week night. I think 2019 they were around 9,000 a lot of nights. I doubt they will even sell all 7500 when you mix in people not being ready for that sort of thing yet.so normal weekday attendance?Insert attendance joke here

Were the ticket prices for Steeler games face value or did they jack up the prices when they had limited seating?

we got an e-mail from our ticket rep saying they are going to rejigger it so all sorts of STH have a chance to get to games. no word on pricing for pirate games. we have a 20 game plan and sit in 313 or something like that. i'm assuming the tickets will only be in the lower bowl for these early games. I barely have the will to pay the price for those tickets up in the nosebleeds considering the quality of the product. if they charge box seat prices, i'm not going.
I'm not vaccinated but I do not see any eminent danger in sitting in a 75% empty baseball stadium. i have no plans on buying food at the game and i have no plans on eating or drinking anywhere before or after the game. i have plans to drive to the game alone, go into the stadium, keep score, complain a bunch, and then go home. seems like a high ROI activity to me.

This could be funny as a bit, but it can’t be a bit because he would be making fun of himself, right?
The answer to that question is like, early 2016 or that bit of 2018 before the kamikaze slide
