Ive been taking 500mg acetaminophen. Swapping out hot and cold compresses when im not at work. Sitting at work in my chair at my desk is the worst.
This isnt as bad as the flareup i had like 5 years ago that landed me in the er. Literally crawled around my apartment for almost two weeks. Nothing helped not pain pills not muscle relaxers... Nothing. Just had to wait it out.
