Seems pretty clear they did try to hack the RNC, but right, seems like they didn't pilfer the same type of info.

Not sure how this changes the overall picture of wikileaks and the russians trying to hurt Clinton in the election.

I mean that's Trump saying that.

It's also easy to say they couldn't get through when most of your campaign team was working with them in some fashion.

Yea yea, Comey's response.
The gist of Trump’s claim is correct, but it’s important to keep in mind that Russian hackers did access some Republican data, including the outdated RNC account. So we rate his claim Mostly True.
You honestly believe they didn’t try to hack republicans completely? Come on. The Russians would love to have dirt on their enemies and “frenemies.”
Of course, they tried to hack them, but it's pretty clear, even in that article you linked that Russia worked to make sure the DNC information was released for Trump favorability.

Knowing what we know about that investigation, and considering a large portion of his higher-ups were working w/Russia, it's pretty clear to see why they "didn't get all that they could."

I also find it disingenuous to say they were that much secure, because I just refuse to believe their passwords are that much more complex, given how easy it is to phish people.

The same Clinton who pushed a "reset" button with Putin and served a President who told Medvedev that he'd have "more flexibility" after the election were super scared of Hillary to the point they wanted to elect Trump...for what quid pro quo? So Trump could build a hotel in Moscow?

If you don't think Russia would rather have Trump over someone who's an actual politician, I don't know what to tell you. They had a chance to put a career TV guy in the most powerful position in the country, how could they not want that to happen?

(and yes, I voted for the guy)

Putin blamed Clinton for fomenting unrest in Russia around 2012.

If the DNC didn’t try to rig the primary and elect the second most hated politician in America, then we wouldn’t have the orange jackass.

Well, that's a large part of it too, and like I edited in my other post, seeing that rigging happen basically shut me off to even considering voting for Hillary.

Yeah, none of this excuses the DNC rolling over on their backs for the Clinton camp.

The Senate on Thursday voted to confirm David Bernhardt, a former lobbyist for the oil and agribusiness industries, as secretary of the interior. The confirmation of Mr. Bernhardt to his new post coincided with calls from more than a dozen Democrats and government watchdogs for formal investigations into his past conduct.

So random question, but since the Dems took back the house this past election, has there been anything that has actually made it through the house, that the Senate has taken up for a vote?

Criminal Justice Reform?

scratch that, I don't think that was from the house.

Kid who will be the first round pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, Nick Bosa, says he is a "big fan" of Donald Trump.

The real shame is that he's hiding it. **** that. Silent majority though.

Oh yeah, apparently Arizona does want to draft him. So San Fran - Bosa #2, would end up in Liberal central.

The funny part is that if the guy came out saying he loves AOC or Bernie, you'd immediately be saying "**** that" but for other reasons.

Silent majority?

Ned, like most Trump devotees, apparently can't math too good.

40% is not a majority, no matter what your dear leader might tell you...
