I respect clean shavers more than beard growers, and that's coming from a beard grower. Its easy to not give a poop and let it grow. It take some commitment to keep at keeping at it.
Do you respect people who shave their pubic hair into swastikas and such more than those who don't?

I mean, one can work hard at doing stupid things, too.

Not that I particularly care what anyone does with his/her body...
you calling me a groom nazi?

Yeah... there is no way PB&J coffee could be a good idea. Better off with good dark roast!

TIL from the conspiracy theorist at work that there is a whole population of people living below the earths crust. Since people sunburn, we aren't meant to be above ground.

Oh and there are reptilians among us.

Driving back from Cape Cod on four hours of sleep with an awful hangover was less than optimal
Hopefully your wife got to take a nap when you got back so you could take care of the kid...

I got called home to watch the young ones while the stomach bug decided to make another friendly visit. Doomsday clock is counting down, can't wait.

what makes a man, is it the power in his hands?
is it his quest for glory?

That just sounds turrible.

Peanut butter? One of the local coffee shops used to do a dark peanut butter roast, which was really good. I'm not sure if they still make it, nor do I remember which shop sold it, so it's probably all for nothing.
These places carry it, but with the shipping added, no thanks.

Jelly? You lost me. Grapes are not meant to be part of the coffee.

I like how neither one make an effort to wave their arms, although the noise of about 50 shopping carts falling out should be sufficient enough to draw some attention.

So my ladyfriend got us tickets for the game Wednesday, and she wants to spend the day in the Burgh since she's never been before. I go in all the time, but mostly just to hang with friends, so I've never actually seen any sights or been to any good restaurants. Haven't even been up Mt. Washington. So what do you guys think we oughta do?

They all say that. Until they do it again.

If I go on a roadtrip or have a big drinking weekend (which only happens like two or three times a year now), it takes me until Wednesday to feel better.

I miss my 20s when I was good by noon the next day.

If she never been here and actually wants to see the "sites", do the following:

1) Go to Station Square and take a ride up to Mt. Washington. Just walk around and check out the sites. Just know you have to pay at the top of the incline and need exact change (at least you used to).

2) You can then eat lunch at Station Square after wards at one of the chain type places if you want. Hard Rock or some place like that. Walk around the shops. And then head across the Smithfield Street bridge into town.

3) Just walk around, go to Market Square and Point State Park. If she wants to try Primati's (assuming you didn't eat yet) there is one in Station Square.

4) Before that, if you want, go on a Gateway Clipper ride or a Ducky tour. Great way to just check out the sites on the river/in town.

5) If it is getting near game time, head up to the arena and go to the Blue Line Grill or any bar across from the arena to get a few drinks.

6) Go to game.

7) Score at hotel if you stay.

8) Log onto LGP and tell us about it.
