James Franklin wrote a great article in The Players Tribune, you can really see his personality shine through.

Many years ago, my dad, an African-American, was in the Air Force and was stationed in Manchester, England. That’s where he met my mom, and they ended up running away to Ireland and eloping. After they were married he brought her back to this really romantic place called Pittsburgh.

As much as I thought 9/9 would never get here, it has somehow snuck up on me. We'll be leaving the Outer Banks very early to get home and watch.

I'll say 45-13. Hopefully PSU has the game comfortably in hand early in the second half so Stevens, Sanders, Robinson, and the young guns on defense get a good number of reps.

Well this has been ideal. Barkley may not see any second half time.

Pretty much what you'd expect out of a first game of the season against a team like Akron. Some things to iron out in practice this week and hopefully, the center can have more consistent on-target snaps but otherwise, this is exactly what you'd want to see out of them in the first game of the year.

I quite enjoyed that win.
I'll enjoy next week even more.

I'm being a little more overconfident after hearing about the Pitt game I'll admit. If they struggled against YSU's offense/the wheel route, those Pitt fans aren't going to want to see what Trace/Saquon and company will do to them in Happy Valley.

Hah, how so? I give them full credit for a great game last year, but I just can't see how it could happen again. In Happy Valley with suspensions/injuries and more key pieces lost to graduation.

After yesterday, you'd have to give me at least 10-1 to take action on Pitt.

Congrats in advance. :scared:
