the feeling when you drop something (pulling a glass out of a cabinet; cellphone; etc) and then your reaction is just to reach down and grab and before you even know it, you caught the falling object.

The final fight in that movie is almost impossibly terrible. But it's so awesome.....!

Ew, gross!!!!! But if we're talking about dumps. Sometimes it comes out so clean and easy, you don't need to wipe. I think that applies for this particular topic.Big dump = big joy

Yep, I don't particularly care for the way my fingers feel after I cut my nails.

I know I'm going to get laughed at for this explanation, but whatever: so when my finger nails grow out for a while (two weeksish?) something that I like to call my "finger balance" gets thrown way off because there's more weight at the top of my finger than there should be (because the nail is longer). This is especially annoying when playing video games or typing on a keyboard (which I do every day since I'm a dev) and causes me to have to crack my knuckles more than when I have short finger nails.
after I cut my nails, it feels incredibly refreshing. Like I have a new lease on life or something. it's a great feeling.

I agree it's refreshing, but I thought you meant some internal feeling of joy, perhaps an orgasm.
I keep mine as short as I can, barely showing any white, but that's because I'm a bassist.

you should grow your index nail out and use it as a pick
irrational delights
Nooooo! That's why I cut them. The index nail grows pointy, producing an annoying trebly click when plucking. That's what I try to get away from when I cut nails.you should grow your index nail out and use it as a pick
I'm a master pick user anyway. I learned equally from bassists and guitar shredders.

I have one of these in my drawer.Well yeah exactly. It's not 1988.. that's why I was asking who wouldn't use a motorized can opener? I think we have a crank can opener laying around in case the motorized one breaks, but that's about it.Because this isn't 1988?Why would one choose not to use a motorized can opener? That just seems crazy to me.
