But seriously, there's a waterfall at McConnell's Mill that I love... Hell's Hollow. The "hike" to the fall is really relaxing, with a meandering stream that cuts into rock & such. Hikes to these sort of places make me very content. (Spoiled due to size.)

Not my picture, not my problem. I'll vent about tourist photographers in another thread, this is a happy place.

My wife, in her happy place. Linn Run State Park, a small distance from Adams Falls. She used to go out there as a kid and picnic with her family, it's one of those places we always make time for when we visit.

Were you on my property?? My deed calls to Six Mile Run.
That's Six Mile Run in Erie for a visual representation...but I also dig being on the bay and at any of the other runs. It's just so damn peaceful, ya know?

Depends on where you are on the run. I usually fish from Rt. 5 down to the mouth.

Found a new happy place today:I originally wanted to convey that my happy place is usually on the road, be it cruising somewhere new in the car or getting out on the bike and whipping the wind. There really is no better way for me to sort things out.
An abandoned highway in a state forest area. It's being maintained as an ATV trail. Slow going but perfect for getting away. No cell reception and I only saw one other vehicle out there.
