That's actually the video I'm talking about, I think it's a helicopter shot. People are just walking by - ambling, if you will - like nothing's going on.

I didn't mean to make a deal of it, just didn't realize it was sort of away from the main scene and that there was a bit of a time gap between the shots and that video. Makes sense in that context.

Seems like 3 juveniles are in custody, but no arrests yet.

Half of the wounded were under 17 I believe I read. Youngest being 8. I'm wondering if it was a group of teens that got into some beef and a few pulled out their guns and shot wildly.

Definitely doesn't seem like a targeted situation.

It's like how do you take a winning issue like "don't let transwomen compete against women in competitive sports" to policies where 8 years olds undergo genital inspection.
