Mason looks like late career roethlisberger

(Slow with a noodle arm). But he hangs in the pocket and seems to be able to know where to go with the ball, compared to Pickett

How can the trained eyes of NFL coaching and scouting staffs come to the conclusion that Mitch Trubisky is a better QB than Mason Rudolph and thought he should be the 2nd stringer? Rudolph is miles better.
