It sounds like The Pens went to various fast food restaurants today and passed out Penguins Paraphenalia

Ian Cole had a great quote:

Ian Cole on working behind the Dunkin' Donuts counter and surprising fans earlier today: "My experience was hectic, to say the least. I was taking too long. I was in the way the whole time, kind of like how I play hockey – just getting in Sid’s way, getting in Geno’s way. It’s pretty much the story of my life at this point."

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts for 2 weeks when I was 18 and had the same experience (terminated by mutual agreement)

That's pretty funny. :thumb:

How hard can slinging some donuts at people be, though? (I ask seriously because I've never worked in fast food.)

It's terrible to do things for fans. :face:

Seriously, I get that this looks like a ploy to keep the sellout streak alive, but really? Come on. When tickets are available, why not give them to young fans who otherwise might not have the money to spend on a ticket? It's a great way to cultivate young fans, which, by the way, they've done extremely well. But of course, the glass has to be half empty and the only reason the Penguins could possibly be doing this is to prolong a meaningless sellout streak, right?
