Predict the Pens season

I think if they make a couple of moves, they'll have as good a chance as anybody. But they need to assess their D and have their best players play best. Unless Sid and Geno dominate, I don't think we'll have a strong enough team game. I'm not making predictions, but I'm more hopeful than last year. It can of course all fall flat on its face.

Conference finals for me. I'm not sure they have the "edge" to really grind out a long playoff run. Perhaps the last 2-3 years have soured my view of the team, so it'll be interesting if they go into the playoffs ready to run amok or if they limp in like last year's team.
Haha, I suck

I picked lose in Conference Finals. Which is consistent with my current state of mind in that I'm really happy they advanced to the SCF and I also don't feel they're 'entitled' to anything more. I sure as hell hope they win the SCF but if they don't I won't feel as if they're not meeting expectations and that takes a certain burden off of watching and enjoying the games. It's all up from here and it's a great feeling.

Trade Scuderi for Duncan Keith and Kunitz for a top 6 winger and we're in good shape, why does JR not see this?
So close. Maybe next year JR will get his **** together, eh?

 That was completely facetious, but it's funny/impressive what he got for Scuds. Incredible.

At one point I expressed my frustration with a non-contender picking up a plug like Schultz.

And then that team became a contender, with Shultz being a part of that equation.

...oops

I still cant believe the defense hasnt collapsed. They could sweep the final and i will still firmly believe heavy work needs done on the blue line.

Nice try. Anything MJ related will not get lumped in with our harmless errors in judgement. Admit you are a bad person because of this.

I was annoyed with the Sullivan hiring because he's essentially a rookie HC, aside from his time in Boston.

Whoops.

The important thing is that Rutherford knew that a change was needed; the rest of this is just ham & egger talk for fun.
