No information yet on whether he was let go, his contract was up, or if the Penguins just let him leave. Same position with DET that he had here, Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Not saying he was the issue for how fragile we are. But he certainly wasn't the solution.

This comes a few weeks after Rutherford said the team was going to be looking in to how they can cut down on the number of injuries, right?

I remember reading a couple years ago about how he was encouraging all the players to follow a gluten free diet. He's an idiot.

Gluten is inflammatory. The degree varies from insignificant to severe. It's never a "bad" suggestion, though for many it is of no consequence.

Bingo. As far as I can tell, it has no affect on me. But, my mum can't go near it. Swells her joints up.

While its undeniable that going gluten free helps some people and is completely necessary for others, making a blanket statement that everyone on the team should avoid gluten is just shenanigans. Though, I guess my bigger issue is that the directive came from the strength and conditioning coach, who was also in charge on player meals, despite having a degree in physical education. Hire a nutritionist you cheap bastards.

Kessel probably manufactured Kadar being let go in that case.

Kessel: 'So what your saying is, I need to eat the hot dog without the bun? Hell no, this guy has to go!'

Maybe he could cut a hot dog in half length wise and use that as a bun.

It's really a wonder that Kessel didn't engineer a trade to Chicago.

I thought hyping up a hot dog was an asinine thing to do, but those Chicago dogs really are fantastic.

Get a larger sausage/bratwurst and use that as a bun for a regular sized hot dog?

The double down of pork?

I feel like the hot dog would be mind of pointless...just have 2 brats. Maybe wrap them in bacon.

Retarded for not avoiding a food that doesn't negatively effect them in any way?
