Hmmph, well ok thenPA announcers are instructed to announce things when they're not on a media timeout...Here's something that abnormally annoys me -- when a goal is scored in the last minute of the period, why does Ryan Mill wait to announce the goal until the beginning of the next period? Same way that he won't announce a goal until after a TV timeout is over. Does he need his voice on the airwaves that badly?

The puck has to be moving. Isn’t that what happened when the flyers called out Tampa on their 1-3-1?You can't get called for delay of game if you just hang out behind your net with the puck, right? Then why if the Wings don't have any players inside the blue line aren't we just hanging out back there daring them to come chase?
