They've had the same problems the past 2 years:

- Terrible starts and can't close games (lack of effort)
- Terrible Powerplay
- Terrible 4v4 and 3v3

Karlsson was supposed to help with the last two, and they've turned one of the best offensive defenseman into just a mediocre defensemen.

Sully's had enough rope. This team clearly doesn't want to play hockey. Even Sid seems to have quit.
