Nothing more than the regular garbage that finds it's way to me. I still think something where a salary comes back to us is on the table...I think you look at Philadelpha deal as a model a bit. But the price that we wanted to take back a salary PLUS the assets for Guentzel is a sticking point.

He's trying to hit a homerun here.

Obviously, like everyone says, everything can change in one call...but I'd be surprised if it's Florida. I think they go lower rent for a LW.

I don't see how Vegas can do it with adding Hanifin too.
