I can't tell if this means that he'll score while the Isles are on a PP or if they'll score while we're on the PP but regardless they seem equally likely

must-win is a tough thing to say. theoretically they could lose and have time to get hot and rack up some points.. but if they blow this one I think I'd be ready to be a seller

Yeah, but they weren't really "must wins," were they? Dropping points to western conference teams sucks, but they need to at least beat the divisional teams they're chasing.

I've been down on this team more than most recently. I didn't think based on what they had shown up until the all star break they were a playoff team or capable of making the run they needed to get into the playoffs.

After the way they came out of the all star break I think it's obvious this is not a playoff team. I don't need them to lose tonight to say they should be sellers at the deadline. It's obvious at this point I think. They are done. I don't like it, but they are who they are.

It's time to pay the piper and either retool (which will be hard), or rebuild. It sucks cause Sid is having one his best seasons at age 36, but everyone else stinks (outside of the goalies).

I still have one more game to go to this season (Sunday against philly) so hoping I get to at least see one win.

It's not a must win, but they have reached the point where they need to put a nice string of wins/loser points together. If they surrender two points to the Isles, either NJ or WAS will also gain two on them, and the climb becomes that much steeper.
