Who got laid out? Saw the box score, not watching/listening.
Acciari. Helmet flew off, down on the ice, bloody noise. At live speed it looked like a flying elbow shot but upon further review Dillon kept his arm tucked in and seemingly led with his shoulder. Penalty was for illegal hit to the head. Thought they’d reduce the penalty from 5 to 2 after reviewing it.

A shoulder to the head is still a hit to the head.

Penguins need to remember these types of goals. The PP goal is going to come from the shot and subsequent scramble.

The goal is not going to come from 6 picture perfect passes in a row.

I'm usually pretty high up there when defending hits to the head, but that was a clear 5 and a game...
