17th in NHL history, 10th that was a shot on goal (not an own goal credited to the goalie)

When I watch a game from the start, the Pens have won 1 game. Gonna have to keep on missing large chunks boys like I did tonight

Hard to believe Tommy B never had one. I guess 66 stole them all off him

Bill Lindsay on NHL Network pointing out that Jarry had his glove on top of the stick, which gave some extra leverage down against the ice to stabilize the stick to shoot it. Good physics.

How many times did Flower try and try and try to do it?

The last 40 mins of that game was some of the best hockey this team has played in a long time. The obvious solution is to put Jarry in front of the net on the power play. All jokes aside, getting a goal from Carter and a yuge game from DOC really helped secure the win. They need contributions like that more often, because tonight's result was awesome.

So Pens gotta be first team in history to have two goalies score a professional goal in the same season, no?

It figures that the one time I can't go to a game in Tampa because of officiating, something like this happens. Funny part is that I had no idea it happened until after I got home from my game and showered and then checked Twitter. I thought about listening to XM on the drive home but didn't want to listen to Mishkin scream and holler. Pretty damn amazing to make that comeback but then to have it capped off by that? Please let this be the spark this team needs to get the engine revving.
That Sid dude still got it.
First thing I thought when I saw the highlight of his goal was 'that's where he beat Vasy in OT of Game 2 of the conference finals'. He's found Vasy's weakness.

I thought about buying a ticket all afternoon and making the drive. Then work got busy late and I didn't step away from the computer in time to make it there. I bought a ticket for next Wednesday. Jarry better score again.

Jarry has more goals in the last 9 games than our PP does

Mishkin’s the worst pxp guy in the league by far.

Yeah, I'm gonna scratch my Wednesday game tomorrow so I can go to that one. After doing 7 games in 8 days, these legs are gonna need a rest.

Caught the highlights since I was out last night, but that looked like a great comeback. And absolute perfection from Jarry on that shot. I almost feel bad for Fleury, because he tried for so long to score, lol.

That Jarry goal was amazing stuff. A highlight I'll always remember.

His .951 save percentage from last night's game was pretty cool too.

I wish the team could play like the second and third period all of the time. I know they go through the motions, but consistency like that would be nice.

Lindsay is a boob. Literally every goalie plays the puck like this now. Marty Turco started it.

My only consolation after the first was that the bolts had just played back to back. Sometimes teams come out sharp in the first and then get tired. Well they were flying to start and looked exhausted by the end. I don't usually buy into that that much but who knows
