No. He is quite unskilled. But he's managing the puck better this time around. With this team, just catch a pass and a make a decent pass and you're fine. He's doing that this year, couldn't do it before...

Some credit is due for sullivan for the way they've changed their game. Much less aggressive forecheck, leaning on better neutral zone play and using the counter attack more (easy to do when you have 65 and 58)

yeah I’m one that believes you can’t learn skill. you just learn to maximize what skill you have and become a technician of it. he’s doing that

Huge win. They've made significant adjustments to their game and it's starting to show. Shutting out all these teams is no fluke.

PK has been great. Goaltending much better. They are not getting hemmed in as often, and there's a decent forecheck being generated by all the lines. This was a full 60 minute effort.

Pens looked really good. Played with some urgency and it was fun to watch. Power play seemed to have some more movement and crisp passing imo

lol might need to give it little more time because I feel like they could easily revert to two-weeks-ago form

though, if (when?) this PP starts clicking, this team will be really good. With the personnel we have, we should/could be at least top 7 in the league (we’re currently 18th). It feels like we’re still leaving so much on the table
