Weird that every offensive possession (PP and even strength) is basically a series of cross-ice passes that never connect cleanly but we continue to go for them. At what point have these ever worked? When was the positive reinforcement that convinced them that this is the best way to score? At some point this sunk in and became an addiction or habit that they can’t break.

Enter the zone and the sole focus is trying to find somebody on the other side of the ice by threading it through 8 legs and 4 sticks.
