Meh, Mrazek robbed us. They got an insanely lucky deflection to Dickinson. Jarry was really good. The Crosby line was really good. Malkin turned it over a bunch and that hurt them. Bottom six looked better (nowhere to go but up). EK clearly adds an element, also adds some risqué...

I was fine with the game, mrazek played great, Jarry was good but I'm sure the local media will blame him.

Game 1 with 8 new skaters. Let the boys get lubed up

I noticed this also during preseason. Pens always had some of the best music. Now it’s generic arena dance/pop music

EK65 proved all of my concerns last night. that 1st Blackhawk goal, I'm watching the replays and trying to figure out where he was. he was legit, the last guy back. I found Pettersson, Jake, Sid, Rusty and then Karlsson floating in last because he made a poor decision to chase to the top of the zone.

I definitely don't follow the game threads. I use it primarily as a news source but the post game threads are hilarious after a loss. And taking it to another level are the people who think their sky is falling opinion after a loss is so unique and special that they have to make a whole new thread about it. There was somebody calling for Sullivan's job after a preseason loss. Somebody made a whole ass thread that just said "same old Jarry" after he gave up the first goal of a preseason game. It's like Mikey and Big Bob's facebook comment segment without having to listen to Mikey and Big Bob.
