I have zero actual evidence to support this, but I feel like Smith has a knack for scoring big goals. And not like, OT series clinching, once in a lifetime type goals. More like scoring within a minute of his team scoring a power play goal. Or scoring in the last minute of a period. That type of stuff. Goals that matter

His playoff stats are pretty dynamite.

4 and 10 this year. In 2018, he had like 20 some points in 20 some games
