When you are unlucky as much as the Pens are the truth is you just aren't very good IMO.

Also an issue that there is no Plan B in these games where they can’t crack the other team’s goalie. We have one attack mode and there’s nothing we have in our tool bag to change momentum or muddy a game or make things dirty. “Snipe better” in the 3rd period or else you’re not scoring. Having a top tier PP would help cover up some warts but we don’t seem willing or able.

If we have a competent GM who somehow is able to move some of these god awful contracts, we will make it in 2024

I think it’s realistic that 87, 71 and 58 won’t win another playoff series. The team is bad right now with a midwit GM and a lot of bad contracts

First and foremost, the GM needs to somehow make sure Jeff Carter is LTIR’d with some sort of abdominal injury
