4 points in 2 days is the exact remedy for ending a slump and moving up in the standings.. at this stage of the season, points are precious and they should be obtained by any means necessary.

It's good to see the team blocking more shots and playing with more urgency. The 7 goal outburst, meh, it happens. When you consider the fact that they hit like 8 posts against the Blues, the hockey Gods were going to reward them at some point. Most of the players who have been snakebit scored in the same game. While that may be an outlier, the fact that Sid and Geno have 50 combined points in the last 20 games is not an outlier, and if the bottom 6 + defensemen can chip in with even the occasional goal here and there, this team will be fine.
