Especially since they played last night in Raleigh.

Worst case scenario is just barely missing the playoffs. Better to be way out of it and sell some assets at the deadline. Doubt that happens, we’ll probably remain close enough.

I just think this team isn’t very good. CDS sucking makes them look worse but we have a third line that’s basically impotent. Two of our best wingers in rust and Guentzel are having down years. And our top pairing defenseman, despite having an uptick in play, still is a shadow of himself

Carter has 0 points in 10 games, Blueger with 0 on 12, and McGinn 0 in 16 I believe. That’s pure insanity

I’ve seen them play bad hockey much more than good hockey. If rust and Jake don’t step up and if the third line doesn’t stop being a black hole of everything, I don’t see this team making the playoffs. There are wayyyyy too many good teams in the east

5-7-5 over our past 17. Played pretty much bottom of our spectrum in that time and were without Jarry for most of it...

Still in a playoff spot.

With no frame of reference, is that really THAT bad for a backup with just five and a half games difference in play time? The bigger problem is that Jarry has only played 330 minutes more than CDS.

Well, with frame of reference its 3/4 of a goal worse per 60, so yes.
