Can we please outlaw the cross-ice pass in the offensive zone? Malkin does it all the time on the PP and it gets knocked away and just now, Carter has a wide open look at one of those 'off the goalie's pads' shot-pass and he tries to throw it across to Kapanen and it's swatted away.
