when’s the last time we played a double OT game?
I could be wrong but I think it was 08 SCF against the Wings
Is this true for triple overtime now though...? I'm struggling to think of a 3OT game since game 5 in '08...

There was another long one that we lost with Ottawa...maybe Colin Greening or someone...but I can't remember if that was three or not...

Weird situation here. What if DeSmith is okay enough to go back in but not 100%. Do you still put him back in? What if he cramps up again. Do you run the risk of more upheaval in net?
Back to CDS. If he can go, he can go...

So last Pens 3OT was Ottawa 2010.

Felt like rangers got some “blood in the water” momentum after the goalie swap. Let’s end this now.

This is the longest game in MSG history? That’s surprising.

Shesterkin feels unbeatable. Gonna need a bounce

it’s Domingue’s game now. Changing goalies comes with instant risk

I guess there’s a good point in that Domingue isn’t as worn down at this point as Shesterkin is

Can you go back to the starting goalie if he leaves? I thought there was a rule prohibitoing that unless the backup also gets injured. Or am I thinking of NFL QB's?
Really hate how ESPN just mutes everything when scrums are happening. Hearing the latent f-bombs has always been one of the best parts of hockey. Also, ESPN’s replays suck.
ESPN does this with golf as well and it is infuriating. Don't have the announcers on the same dump button as the on ice action. **** amateurs.

I disagree here. This is game one of a series. Once you are out, unless the other guy dies, you are done

Domingue makes me nervous behind the net.

These shots need to be accompanied by bodies at the net.

I really don’t want to lose this game on a Malkin lost faceoff in our zone

Game 7 against Ottawa with kunitz was a 2OT I believe.
