If Jarry can keep this up, he's gonna be in contention for the Vezina.

Great win.

On a side note, Malkin has posted 1.17 ppg since his 30th birthday. By comparison, Crosby and Kane are at 1.15 and Ovie is at 0.99

Obviously, Sid does a lot of things much better than Geno and is clearly the better player - but I think sometimes a lot of NHL commentators and analysts fail to realize just how productive Geno has always been and still is.

There aren't many better than Sully. Hopefully he can pull down a Jack Adams before it's all said and done

Yep. Timely scoring and stellar goaltending is worth all the marbles.

The defensemen are making a huge difference. Best I've seen a unit of 6 play here in a long time.

-Letang has an extra level of confidence with the puck. He's playing a mature game.
-There's a transporter on each pair that can push the pace.
-Both matheson and pettersson improved significantly
-Marino is turning himself into a top 30 or 40 guy in the league
-Even ruhwedel is playing within himself and has the confidence now to add in elements of physicality and even make plays with the puck on occasion

High marks for Rierden.
